Eva Morales
Eva brings over 15 years of leadership and industry experience in sustainability, corporate strategy, and the circular economy. She specialises in designing Net Zero strategies and circular business models, focusing on how the intersection of environmental stewardship and industrial innovation drives competitive advantage. She is a Programme Leader for Executive Education online programmes in the circular economy and sustainability strategies at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Eva is also the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of HyveGeo. Through bioengineering, the venture focuses on the intersection of durable carbon dioxide removal and the regeneration of food systems in the world’s most water-stressed regions.
Eva has worked in leadership and advisory roles across the public and private sectors. She was previously a Senior Consultant at PwC UK, managing a global portfolio of international development programmes focused on climate resilience and socio-economic development, and has held positions at The Virgin Group, OVO Energy, and The Economist.
She serves on the NGO Building Markets’ advisory board, guiding SMEs in developing communities toward circular approaches. She recently co-authored inputs for the INC-3 Global Plastics Treaty and, as a co-author, has published in Harvard Business Review exploring circularity as a strategic response to tariffs and AI’s growing waste problem. Her research interests include AI, Circular Economy, Carbon Markets, International Policy, and Climate Resilience.
