The Global Sustainable Development Forum (”Sustainable Development Forum”, ”SDF”) is an independent international organization committed to connecting issues in economics, politics, environment, social and urban development. The SDF brings together experts from multiple fields to lead a dialogue on sustainable solutions. Our conferences provide an opportunity for businesses, academics, and professionals representing the public sector to exchange ideas and to formulate and develop new policies and business strategies.

It is committedly neutral and impartial with no political, partisan or national interests and, with the explicit intention of creating a platform for open dialogue between all stakeholders. The SDF owns, operates and makes available the website www.sustainabledevforum.com as well as subdomain websites (individually “Website” and collectively “Websites”) and makes them available to the users of its Website (individually “Visitor” and collectively “Visitors”) under the following Terms of Use.

Agreement to the Terms of Use

The Website may contain features including media, newsletter services, events, community pages, member areas and other applications that may be available from time to time. Any person that accesses or uses the Website agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use contain conditions, disclaimers and other provisions, some of which limit the SDF’s liability. Any person who does not agree or comply with these Terms of Use should not access or use the Website.

Appropriate Use

Any use of the Website by Visitors that would limit or constrict the availability or quality of the Website’s features is prohibited and the SDF reserves the sole right to take any actions required to enforce this principle.

Visitors shall not use the Website to post, submit or otherwise distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or offensive materials. Furthermore, Visitors shall not use the Website in any way that may violate third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights or privacy. Visitors may provide personal information as part of the registration to access and use some of the features on the Website, such as members, partners, subscribers, participants, donators, or similar. Information provided for registration must be accurate, correct and up-to-date. The SDF reserves the sole right to verify and deny access where data is incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate and/or missing.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and title. the SDF disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to visitors` use of the site. visitors assume total responsibility for their use of the site and any linked sites. if this disclaimer is not enforceable under applicable law, it may be modified at the SDF’s sole discretion to a form that is enforceable.

The SDF does not take responsibility for the correctness, completeness, up-to-datedness or quality of the information provided on the Website. The SDF expressly disclaims any and all liability to any person with respect to anything done or omitted to be done wholly or partially in reliance upon the contents of the Website.

Furthermore, the SDF is not liable for any damage or corruption caused by viruses (or similar mechanisms such as worms, lockouts, metering, or self-destruct mechanisms) on computers or other terminal equipment in connection with visiting, using and/or downloading data of any kind from the Website. The SDF publishes its own content, links, content and resources provided by third parties and content specifically commissioned by the SDF for publication on the Website.

Amendments

The SDF may amend these Terms of Use at any time, and such amendments will be effective immediately upon notice being provided to the Visitor. Waiver and Severability of Terms of Use

The failure of the SDF to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties` intention as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Serbia, under the exclusion of any international treaty and under the exclusion of any conflicts of laws principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Belgrade, Serbia.
